1. Choose the Right Outlet

Use wire nuts to secure the wires together and wrap them with electrical tape.
6. Attach the Outlet to the Electrical Box
After connecting all the wires, carefully push the outlet back into the electrical box. Use the screws provided to attach the outlet to the box. Additionally, ensure the outlet is flush with the wall, and the screws are tight.
7. Test the Outlet
After installing the outlet, turn the power back on and test the outlet with a voltage tester. If the outlet is functioning correctly, you can install the outlet cover. Otherwise, turn off the power and check the wiring for good measure.
